This position requires extensive physical activity including digging ditches and trenches with shovels and picks, backfilling excavations, lubricating and cleaning equipment, organizing construction materials and supplies, cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate rubble, debris and any other hazards, along with many other physical tasks required on typical construction sites. Applicant may also be expected to safely operate equipment, power tools and hand tools.

We are seeking high-quality, detail-oriented individuals with enthusiasm for equipment operation and maintenance. With this position you will be responsible for operating excavators, backhoes, skid steers, motor graders, and other various equipment.
Applicants should be able to read grade stakes and follow plans. Ability to setup and run grade control equipment is also a plus.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of construction workers on specialized projects. You will also be responsible for running equipment as a lead operator. Applicants should have excellent knowledge of construction practices for commercial excavation, grading and utility installation. We expect you to have excellent communication and coordination skills, great team-playing abilities. Must be knowledgeable of construction practices, specifications and safety. Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure all our construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
